Radiators are completely disassembled, all tube-to-header joints are re-soldered, tubes are thoroughly rod cleaned, and reassembled. Radiators are then ultrasonically cleaned or Ant-Rad aluminum Vibra Cleaned to ensure proper air and coolant flow. Every unit is then pressure tested to rigid specifications before painting and final inspection.
At Antonini Radiator, Inc., we still have a useable ultrasonic. Most other shops have long since abandoned theirs, due to the increased haz-mat costs.

Antonini Radiator, Inc. also specializes in all over-the-road, class seven and eight, plastic tank radiators, including the wider Century Class, Classic, and CH Mack radiators. Most other shops cannot handle these units because of the width of their tanks and headers, their crimping stations are too small. Antonini Radiator, Inc., custom designed their unit to handle any size plastic tank radiator.
