I. TOTAL PLASTIC TANK RADIATOR REBUILDING.
We carry complete line of radiator gaskets, plastic replacement and latching strips
to rebuild the original radiator. The radiator is completely disassembled, the
headerplate tubes resoldered, rod cleaned, ultrasonically or Antrad - vibra
cleaned, and re-assembled with new rubber gaskets and defective tanks replaced.
This is a completely rebuilt unit, using your original core bringing it back up to
O.E.M standards.
II. NEW COMPLETE SOLDER-ON REPLACEMENT RADIATORS.
We offer new replacement radiators with all metal brass tanks and heavy-duty,
high efficiency core. The new metal tanks are soldered to the core
eliminating the need for rubber gaskets and latching strips. Our manufacturer
uses a very good soldered to assemble these units.
III. NEW COMPLETE BOLT-ON REPLACEMENTS RADIATORS.
We have a complete line of radiators featuring heavy-duty all steel,
non-corrosive, zinc coated tanks which are bolted onto our high-efficiency core.
No rubber gaskets, no solder, no latching strips. Just heavy metal. All bolts
are 1/4 diameter grade 8 bolts with self locking nuts and only heavy-duty gasket material is used.
These are the heaviest duty bolt on radiators available anywhere.
IV. ANT-GUARD PREMIUM REPLACEMENT RADIATORS.
We hand build these units from scratch using new all brass thick walled tanks,
a heavy-duty, high efficiency, multi-louvered fin core, pure 40/60 virgin solder, and all new connections,
petcock, bleeders, etc. Ours is truly a top of the line radiator. This is the best radiator
available anywhere on the market. All seams, connections, etc., have
a minimum of 1/2 of reinforcement solder, and all headerplate corners tubes
are reinforced. This is the best replacement radiator out there.
